Assist in all aspects of Wildflower Farm's retail operation including the maintenance, merchandising and sale of native plants, seeds, store items as well as cultivation and design of display gardens. Provide excellent customer service; assist with plant selection and natural landscaping guidance to clients.

Highly motivated individuals with a passion for plants, the environment and the outdoors. Good work ethic, strong people skills, physical stamina and retail experience are required. Merchandising skills - an asset
