Summer Jobs Service
Summer Jobs Service is a provincially funded program that supports summer jobs for youth.
Eligibility
To be eligible for Summer Jobs Service, you must:
- Operate in Ontario
- NOT related to the person you are hiring
- Must have Workers’ Safety & Insurance Board coverage (formerly Workers’ Compensation Board) and third party liability insurance coverage
- Complete this application form if interested in applying for the SJS program, print it off, fax or bring it to your local Employment Services office.
Summer Job Service 2010 Claim Form (All Employer Claim Forms must be submitted within three weeks after the job placement ends or OCTOBER 15 of the year whichever comes first.
